The Agreement starts when a client or Customer starts using our service

We accept major credit cards, Checks, Bank Deposit, Paypal, Venmo and Cashapp
Returned Check Fee is $50 per Check.

Prohibited Uses: Your service Plan is intended for fair and non harm use only, Fraudulence or connection with a criminal offense is prohibited, and If Matan Wireless LLC reasonably suspects that you have failed to comply with any of these provisions of this agreements then Matan Wireless LLC shall have the right to fully suspend your Service and access to our platform and we will terminate this Agreement without notice.

Suspension

We can, without notice, suspend or terminate any Service at any time for the following reasons. For example, we can suspend or terminate any Service for the following:


Failure to pay an invoice for applicable charges associated with our servicesHarassing/threatening/abusing/offending our employees or agents

Providing false or inaccurate information

  1. Interfering with our operations

  2. Using/suspicion of using Services in any manner restricted by or inconsistent with the Agreement

  3. Breaching, failing to follow, or abusing the Agreement

  4. Modifying our website from its original specifications

Disputes are any claims or controversies against each other related in any way to or arising out of in any way our Services or the Agreement, including, but not limited to, coverage, billing services and practices, policies, contract practices (including enforceability), service claims, privacy, or advertising, even if it arises after Services have been terminated. Disputes include claims that you bring against our employees or other representatives or that we bring against you. It also includes but is not limited to claims related in any way to or arising out of in any way any aspect of the relationship between us, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory.


If either party wants to initiate a claim to arbitrate a Dispute, each agrees to send written notice to the other providing a description of the dispute, a description of previous efforts to resolve the dispute, relevant documents and supporting information, and the proposed resolution.

Notice to Customer will be sent to the mailing address of record in the Account, or if none, by phone, text message or email, and notice to us will be sent to our Legal Department,

We each agree to make attempts to resolve the dispute prior to filing a claim for arbitration. If we each cannot resolve the dispute within Thirty (30) days of receipt of the notice to arbitrate, then we each may submit the dispute to formal arbitration.

All questions of dispute is subject to arbitration only and you can not sue Matan Wireless LLC and participate in any other parties suing us or take to court for whatever reason.

Arbitration Agreement

By agreeing to our policy, you agree that you are required to resolve any claim that you may have against us on an individual basis in arbitration, as set forth in this Arbitration Agreement. This will preclude you from bringing any class, collective, or representative action against Matan Wireless LLC and also preclude you from participating in or recovering relief under any current or future class, collective, consolidated, or representative action brought against Matan Wireless LLC by someone else.The arbitration will be administered by any third party which both parties feel comfortable but NOT to any Government entity.You are responsible solely for any Fee to pay for filing, administrative and arbitrator fees.

If the damage is less than $100 Then Matan Wireless LLC is responsible.

(NDA) Confidential Information. For the purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information"

in which Matan Wireless LLC is engaged, after Receiving party receives any information and trade secrets from Matan Wireless LLC agrees NOT to contact directly or indirectly from the business source and suppliers for Matan Wireless LLC,

Receiving Party should hold and maintain the Confidential Information in strictest confidence for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Matan Wireless LLC, Receiving Party should carefully restrict access to Confidential Information to employees, contractors, and third parties as is reasonably. Not to Compete with Matan Wireless LLC in this same business type anywhere in Northern America and South America Markets.
This agreement will expire 5 years from the signature date.

For Our Consultant Policy:

We use third party to do: AI Agent, AI Agent Voice Service, Webdesign, App design, Hosting, E-mails,Private Network deployment and Training.

We should follow their policy and Matan Wireless LLC is not responsible whatsoever happen but to help.


Waiver. The failure to exercise any right provided in this Agreement shall not be a waiver of prior or subsequent rights. This Agreement and each party's obligations shall be binding on the representatives, assigns, and successors of such party. Each party has signed this Agreement through its authorized representative.
